At Vorah, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review the policy below to understand our procedures for refunds, returns, and exchanges.


1. Overview

Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition with all packaging included.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they arrive defective.


2. Refund / Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The condition must be the same as delivered.

  • Items that are worn, damaged, washed, altered, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or a detailed description of the issue.

If approved after inspection, you may choose between:

  • A full refund

  • An exchange for the same item (subject to availability)

  • Store credit


4. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Eligible within 7 days of delivery.

  • A 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.


5. Exchange / Size Replacement

  • Exchanges are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • A flat delivery fee of ₨ 200 applies for size or style exchanges.

  • Items must be returned through a traceable courier (TCS, M&P, Leopard, Pakistan Post, etc.).

  • If the item is faulty, no exchange delivery fee or handling fee will apply.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping may be covered or reimbursed after inspection.


7. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after the returned item passes inspection.

Refunds can be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • EasyPaisa

  • JazzCash

Our team will contact you to confirm your preferred refund method and required details.


8. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Vorah Customer Support to request a return or exchange.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship it back using a traceable courier service.

  4. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected.

  5. If approved, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued accordingly.


9. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered products

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Sale or discounted products (unless defective)

  • Items marked as “final sale”
