1. Eligibility Window

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, and included materials must remain attached and intact.


2. Types of Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for size, color, or product variation, depending on stock availability.

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or show signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.


3. Exchange Shipping Fee

  • A flat domestic fee of ₨ 200 applies for exchanges related to size or variation.

  • This fee covers the dispatch of the replacement item.

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product, the fee will be waived.


4. Returning Items for Exchange

  • Customers must return items through a traceable courier service (TCS, M&P, Leopard, Pakistan Post, etc.).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.


5. Processing Time

  • Once your returned item is received, it goes through a quality inspection.

  • After approval, the replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days, depending on availability.


6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following cannot be exchanged:

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if labeled as such)


7. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact Vorah Customer Support within 7–10 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • Mention the preferred size, color, or model.

  • Once your request is approved, return the product via courier.

  • After inspection, your replacement item will be shipped.


8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the returned item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Use a courier service that provides a tracking number.

  • Shipments without tracking may result in delays or denial of the exchange.


9. Stock & Availability

All exchanges depend on current stock.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • A refund

  • A suitable alternative option


10. Policy Updates

Vorah may revise this Exchange & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date.
